Residential Visits

Adhering to the regulations and recommendations provided by FDOH, CDC, and the WHO we at MBI are adamant when maintaining a safe work environment. This includes a PPE and avoiding contact with any member in the residence. We ask our members to not be in the same room and we instruct our installers to call ahead so the members can go into a separate room when the installer enters. The installer will then proceed to the bathroom and will close any doors connected to the room where the installer is working. The installer will disinfect their work areas in the home and any other items they have touched. We will quarantine our work areas with negative air pressure and directional ventilation. If a member is not comfortable with an installer entering their household due to any reason they feel necessary, we will abide by their direction. All installers, chore workers, and pest control technicians are required to call the member before arriving at their residence and review our COVID-19 protocols over the phone. We please ask all members who do not want services to continue in this time please let their care managers know and inform any MBI employee over the phone.

Signatures NOT REQUIRED

We DO NOT need any forms signed by either the member of the household or by the care manager approving our entry and continuation of services. The quality assurance forms will be emailed or texted so no direct contact is made between the member or our employees abiding by the MBI’s COVID-19 Safety Plan.
